"Post Buffer Makes Our Daily Content Work Much Easier"

What do you like best about Post Buffer?

I manage an education page where we try to share at least two posts every day across our social media accounts. Earlier, preparing content regularly was taking up a lot of my time. The AI Manager is probably my favourite part because it helps write captions, design posts, and suggest hashtags. I just review everything, make a few changes if needed, and approve it for publishing. The interface is simple, and connecting our different social accounts was quite easy. Publishing has been reliable so far, and I haven't faced many issues with the workflow. The AI suggestions also give us fresh ideas for keeping students engaged. What do you dislike about Post Buffer?

Sometimes the AI-generated designs need small adjustments, especially when we want to maintain a particular look for our education page. I would also like to see more templates designed specifically for educational content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Post Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest challenge was creating two posts every day without making social media management another full-time responsibility. We had to think of topics, write captions, design creatives, find hashtags, and publish separately on different platforms. Now the AI Manager handles much of the initial work, and I only need to review and approve the content before it goes live. This saves a lot of time and helps us maintain a regular posting schedule. Having our accounts connected in one place also makes daily management easier. Considering how much time it saves compared with doing all the content preparation manually, the subscription feels worthwhile for our team.
