What do you like best about Post Buffer?

I handle event-related activities in my company, so there is always something coming up, whether it is a webinar, live session, workshop, or course event. Earlier, I used to spend quite a bit of time coordinating social media posts around each event. With Post Buffer, I can prepare announcements for upcoming events in advance and schedule reminder posts across Facebook, Instagram, and X.

After an event, I can also plan photos, highlights, and thank-you posts without starting everything from scratch. The calendar is easy to follow, and the AI caption suggestions are helpful when I need to prepare several posts quickly. Connecting our accounts was also straightforward.

Post buffer is very afforable with lot of features, and easy to use our onboarding process was too easy and done in 10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Post Buffer?

Sometimes I need to make changes to scheduled posts when an event date or speaker changes. I would also like more detailed analytics to understand which event announcements and post-event updates get the most engagement. AI captions occasionally need editing to sound more natural. What problems is Post Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We organize events almost every week, and promoting each one requires multiple posts before and after the event.

Managing all of this manually was becoming difficult, especially when several events were planned close together.

Now I can schedule event announcements, registration reminders, last-minute updates, and post-event content ahead of time. This helps us avoid missing important communication and keeps our social pages active even when the team is busy managing an event.

I also spend less time switching between social platforms and more time coordinating speakers, registrations, and event activities. Overall, it has made event promotion much easier to organize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
