What do you like best about POSH?

I love using POSH for its ability to quickly set up events and sell tickets. The feature that lets me text my audience about new events and sell tickets right away is fantastic. I can track sales by marketing channel using their tracking links feature, which is incredibly useful. On top of that, the platform allows me to find events for artists and genres that I enjoy thanks to their recent Spotify integration. The marketplace organically helps sell 25% of my tickets, which significantly reduces my digital ad spend. I really appreciate the personalized support from my dedicated POSH manager, who provides guidance and resources from their knowledge base. Importantly, the low fees and simplified dashboard make POSH amazing, especially since it's free for me to use as a small organizer. My ticket buyers from POSH seamlessly integrate with Laylo, which I also use for presales and music drops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about POSH?

I would like their waitlist feature to work on a "ticket group" versus a specific ticket, which is how it is right now. I have multiple tiers of tickets for GA and VIP, so it would be more beneficial to give a GA or VIP waitlist versus one of the tiers. I would sell more tickets that way. What problems is POSH solving and how is that benefiting you?

POSH helps me turn my music passion into a business by providing tools for guest lists and ticket sales. It saves on digital ad spend, allows me to build a community, and offers free SMS. I can quickly set up events, track sales, and find new events easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
