The information I need is easily accessible and very user-friendly. I can access it from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection and a web browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to have a small notes box on the front page so that when CSRs or managers need to convey a message to dispatch, it’s easy to find and quickly accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you for your review! Glad you're finding the system easily accessible and user friendly. Regarding your comment on the notes section - we actually have this! Your CSR or Manager can open up any load, click on the notes section and leave a note there for you. On the dispatch board, you'll see a notes icon populate. If you hover over it, you'll be able to read the note left for you. Your team can also message each other in the Messaging feature within PortPro. If somebody sends you an instant message, it will pop up on your screen.
