Takes a lot of the planning (routes etc) out of my time in the office, freeing me up for other things. Also a massive help during a day on the road, adding in nearby appoitments, or taking non-important visits out of the schedule if time gets tight etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes doesn't take you to the accurate address, the geolocation is not always correct. Also fiddly to get around if you only want to do a couple of visits in a day, if you take some out it just replaces with more, so you have to either put visits blocks in, of book the time out as an appointment so it wont add more in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
