It’s quite easy to get familiar with all the detailed documentation, release management and its descriptions, API change logs, and so on. One thing is starting from zero—getting it installed and configured—but it’s another story to live with it in day-to-day business, and that’s where you need support and advice from experts. It’s also easy to integrate external systems/modules, and performance has never been an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Porta seems to follow a “not going crazy” path, prioritizing the product over custom, one-customer-only development. At times, this can mean less flexibility when it comes to offering solutions for more complex commercial needs, although from a technical perspective I find that completely understandable. Branching too many different things into the product quickly becomes a nightmare when it comes to supporting and updating the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
