If you are new to popup generating leadgen tools, then Popup maker would work great for you. You can get started real quick using some of their ready templates, you have tons of popup triggering and display options, and for WordPress you can set up the popup maker using a simple plugin. What do you dislike about Popup Maker?
It works great for a start but when you need a bit more customization, including styling via CSS, there are some limitations. I also had a popup's styling distorted a few times with no obvious reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
