What do you like best about PopSurvey?

What we liked most about PopSurvey is the ease of creating and launching surveys. The tool is quite intuitive and doesn't require much time to have a questionnaire ready. For an agency, this is especially useful as we can adapt it to different needs according to the client and obtain user feedback without overly complicating the process. What do you dislike about PopSurvey?

Overall, the experience has been good, although we still see room for improvement in some customization options and in the analysis of results. For simpler needs, it's not a problem, but when working with more complex surveys, it may be necessary to spend more time configuring and reviewing the results. What problems is PopSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

PopSurvey primarily helps us simplify the creation and management of surveys when we need to gather opinions or feedback from users. It allows us to centralize this process and launch surveys relatively quickly, which significantly reduces preparation time.
