What do you like best about Poppulo Digital Signage?

It is a simple and effective digital signage solution for our team. The upload process is straightforward, and the platform displays content cleanly and consistently, which helps ensure our team always has access to timely updates and visual communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo Digital Signage?

One area for improvement would be content optimization. Since I typically create slides in PowerPoint and then save them as JPEGs to upload, it would be incredibly helpful if the platform could automatically adjust or optimize content for ideal display dimensions—especially for screen resolutions or aspect ratios. What problems is Poppulo Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Poppulo helps solve the challenge of communicating with a large team that works across different shifts and sub-departments. Because we don’t have the manpower to host multiple daily meetings or shift meetings, it’s difficult to ensure that everyone receives the same information in a timely and consistent way. Using Poppulo’s digital signage allows us to share important updates, reminders, and announcements with the entire team—regardless of their schedule—helping improve communication, alignment, and overall efficiency.
