What do you like best about Popdock?

The fact that it provides live access to Business Central data and lets us choose exactly which fields we want to use in reports, including fields not exposed through standard APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popdock?

The only downside so far has been our inability to load data from a SharePoint list, but this is not a deal breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Popdock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Popdock is solving several data access and reporting challenges that we experienced with Business Central. It provides access to data fields that were not exposed through the standard Business Central APIs, allows data to be pre-filtered before being consumed by Power BI, and gives us live access to data directly within Business Central.

The main benefit is greater flexibility and independence. We can build reports and automations ourselves, choose exactly which fields we need, reduce report refresh times, and avoid relying on our Business Central supplier to expose additional data or make API changes.
