Polytomic enables us to set up our customers with fully customizable syncs between our data and external platforms. Every sync can be specifically geared to pass the data fields they care about between an extensive list of supported integrations at any desired cadence. Polytomic's product is a powerful tool that doesn't require any programming or technical implementation. Their team is incredibly responsive to our support issues and quick to ship updates. The platform does have a relatively steep learning curve, but improvements are being made to usability over time. Getting each of our customers up and running requires additional onboarding calls. The Polytomic team does assist with these calls as needed, but it is an additional hurdle for a customer. Our end-users can sometimes be overwhelmed by the apparent complexity of the system and will ask us to administer the setup for them. Pricing can also be a bit high.
