What do you like best about Polytomic?

Polytomic simplifies large scale ETL / reverse ETL, making it very easy for non-technical users to build robust, reliable data pipelines. We use it internally to load our Postgres product data into BigQuery on a schedule, then keep Salesforce updated from BigQuery so product and usage data maps back to the right customer accounts. Tons of supported integrations, great support and turnaround time, thorough docs, and getting new users onboarded is quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Polytomic?

Some of the more advanced setups still take hands-on work. When a source schema changes, syncs and derived fields can need to be rebuilt manually, but support is quick to help when it comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Polytomic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our product and usage data lives in Postgres, but our sales and account teams work out of Salesforce. Polytomic loads that data into BigQuery on a schedule and syncs it back to Salesforce, so every customer account shows up-to-date usage without anyone pulling reports manually. It saves us from building and maintaining custom pipelines, and gives our GTM team the context they need to spot expansion opportunities and accounts that need attention.
