What do you like best about PolyAI?

I loved PolyAi for its exceptional capability to automate client calls.Their customer support is commendable. The interface is simple and very user friendly. We have been able to integrate it with various software systems. Provides human like voice that is of the highest quality imaginable. Certainly avoids a robot like voice. The wide array of features as an AI tool makes PolyAi an amazing tool to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PolyAI?

There was very little to find fault with in my experience. Everything proceeded exceptionally smoothly and the team provided excellent support. If I had to mention a minor thing, it would be the inclusion of voice analytics to enchance our ability to analyze customer requests to the voice assistant. Additionally while this is not a significant concern some complex scenarios may pose slight challenges for PolyAi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Operating aroudn the clock with a 100% call answering rate we ensure a consistently braded and superior guest experience especially in a marketplace where resources are often limited. Their customer driven chatbot can provide responses to customer inquiries with a commendable level of accuracy.
