I really appreciate the ease of installation, use, and customization that Polarion offers. It works as advertised and their customer support is excellent. I also value its capability to provide requirement traceability and versioning, as well as track the closure of all questions and comments during requirement review. Collaboration with other engineers on requirements and the change process is smooth, and the flexibility to maintain time-based requirements is very useful.
