Podium has been an incredible and reliable asset for our agency: Showery Insurance, offering an intuitive UI and seamless integrations that completely eliminated our manual data entry. The platform's amazing performance ensures our agents receive real-time notifications, which is crucial when handling time-sensitive quotes and claim notifications from the client. We've seen an undeniable ROI through a massive spike in our Google review volume and inbound local leads. Additionally, the smooth onboarding process and helpful support team made getting our text lines compliant completely stress-free. From its smart AI-assisted features to its reliable dashboard, Podium is the ultimate communication tool for a modern insurance agency.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

While Podium is a powerful tool, the steep monthly pricing can be difficult for a local agency like Showery Insurance to justify if every feature isn't being aggressively utilized. Our biggest hurdle has been integrations, as the platform lacks deep, native connectivity with specialized insurance management systems like Applied Epic or AMS360, requiring complex workarounds. Additionally, the dashboard can feel cluttered for our agents, and the text format frequently struggles with sending the large PDF policy documents central to our workflow. We also found that the AI-assisted response tool lacks the specific industry nuance required for complex insurance terminology, requiring heavy manual editing from our team. Finally, while their support is helpful, the onboarding process lacked a deep understanding of the strict TCPA compliance and opt-in regulations unique to the insurance sector.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Podium, Showery Insurance struggled with scattered client communication and an invisible online presence because our agents had to juggle multiple platforms and manually chase down reviews. Podium’s unified inbox and automated integration solved this by centralizing all text, web, and social inquiries into one dashboard while automatically triggering review requests the moment a policy is bound. Its high-performing text delivery completely eliminated the friction of telephone tag, allowing us to gather crucial client data and bind coverage in minutes rather than days. **What do you like best about Podium?**

What I liked most was how easy it made customer communication in one place we were getting messages from different channels before and it become Messy pretty quickly. Podium help organise reviews, texts and customer interactions without needing to jump between tools all day. The tool is very easy to use and smooth interface and the review request feature also work the better than I expected we started getting more customer feedback consistently after using it for a week.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

As such no dislike in this platform but the pricing can feel a bit High like especially for small businesses that may not use every feature included so I guess pricing can be better for small businesses and freelancer.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After using the podium now the process feels more centralised and its like easier for the team to stay on top of customer interactions. And we have also noticed and increase in online reviews, which has a help build more trust with a new customer finding us online. Before podium me and my team was switching multiple tools but now in podium we can do everything what we want.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

I love how Podium has been a game changer for our HVAC business. It helps us respond to customers instantly, even when we miss calls, which has increased our job sales. The text feature is incredible and the auto response from the AI is perfect for handling multiple calls or text messages. I also appreciate how Podium helps us engage with customers and provides quick and easy results. I give this company 5 stars and beyond for their service.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Phone line could be better; they often come in choppy, and sometimes we have to hang up from the customer and call again. Just better reception.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium has been a game changer for our HVAC business. It helps us respond instantly to customers, even when we miss calls, and the AI's auto response is perfect for managing multiple interactions. We've seen an increase in job sales and find it delivers quick and easy results.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

I like Podium for its variety of features for routing incoming calls, which has been especially helpful when we're shorthanded. The phone call recording and transcript features are essential for us in the insurance world to avoid misunderstandings. I used the transcript feature just the other day to clarify a customer's coverage request. The central location for customer communication with phone recording and transcripts is also a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

I think it is more of an EZLynx issue but it does not integrate with Podium. Also Podium's tech support is not always the quickest to provide answers and neither is our customer success rep. It would be great if they had a steady employment model, we've had a variety of customer success reps. One point of contact would be nice. They also do not support the Yealink T57W which we use, although they said it's compatible and it does work for us but they will not support it. Lastly, they need to improve the phone reports section, especially for things like hold times. The initial setup was a little messy because they did not notify us when we would be making the switch so our phones just went offline.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Podium for centralizing customer communication, with features like phone call recording and transcripts. It helps resolve disputes by providing proof of past conversations. The call routing feature is also useful when we're shorthanded.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Being able to communicate with customers and having an automated response to let them know that we’ll answer soon, is really helpful. Our staff finds the template feature extremely useful, especially for sending out review invites.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The mass message feature is clunky and hard to use. Having multiple different platforms and needing the spreadsheets to be in a specific format takes a decent amount of effort. Also, there were a few times where our messages just weren’t sending, and it took a few weeks to get fixed.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium solves a few problems, like having a template to send out, and automatically sending out follow-ups. Honestly it hasn’t been benefitting us a ton lately, it’s often hard to find a conversation that calls for using a ton of the features.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

I really appreciate Podium's intuitive and user-friendly platform. It brings together messaging, customer interactions, AI-powered engagement, and reviews into a single system, which makes communication with customers more efficient and improves behind-the-scenes efficiency. The implementation process was smooth and well-organized, thanks to Naomi Williams, who ensured our data migrated seamlessly and our team was well-prepared. I also want to recognize Landum Markoff, our customer success manager, who has been outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us maximize the platform's value. Whenever questions arise, he's quick to provide answers and guidance, which keeps us moving forward. Additionally, the AI interaction has helped us become more responsive during after hours and weekends. Automating tasks like asking for Google reviews and following up on overdue invoices has been a big plus. Using Podium in a Google campaign recently allowed it to pretty much run itself.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

Its not a dislike, but we're still learning how to use the AI.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium makes customer communication more efficient and intuitive. It centralizes messaging and interactions, enhances after-hours responsiveness with AI, automates tasks like requesting reviews, and the implementation was smooth. Support staff ensure our success, maximizing the platform's value.

I love how easy the app is to use. Even when I miss a call, my customers still get answered.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

The only thing I don’t really like is that the computer version has more features than the app. Since I don’t use the computer as much, I end up missing out on those features.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Podium solves for me is when I miss a call it’s not just going to voicemail. It’s also allowing them to text with me and as a business owner and Mother of a four year-old things can get chaotic sometimes where I can’t answer the phone but texting works and I am able to take care of my customers needs

The best thing about podium is that its a centralized tool which gathers and provides the reviews from all social media and websites. It boosts up the business reputation and brings on the higher ranks of the search engines. It can be integrated easily into multiple platforms and users can adapt to it very quickly

Although it is one of the those platforms which gives you centralized insights but it stands out as the one of the most expensive tools especially for small businesses.

It is making the communication extremely easy, with centralized operations as everything is under one window so businesses don't have to look around all social media and webpages for the responses. Podium analytics has helped in reviewing the performance and to track the trend, the ai integration in analytics is very accurate

Podium has been a game changer for us- it's been a great way to text our customers, without technician's cell phone numbers being given out, it's been a great way for us to really ramp up our review capturing, and has been another great way for our customers (current and potential) to reach out to us.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

I don't think there's been anything that we dislike.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Podium is helping us gather our Google reviews.  It's so easy for the field or office staff to click on the template and hit send after discussing with the homeowner.  It also allows us a great, no pressure way to follow up on our contracts that are up for renewal.

**What do you like best about Podium?**

Easy to use interface, intuitive AI system that is extremely easy to teach. We're loving the centralized messaging and ability to keep up with different platforms in one place. Incredible support from Podium agents and the AI bot. The ability to organize messages depending on status. Overall an enormous improvement to to how we're able to communicate with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Podium?**

We don't love that there's no way to filter messages by unread messages. It would help a lot to be able to only see what hasn't been viewed yet when we do get quite a lot of messages throughout the day. Things tend to get buried if we're not careful.

**What problems is Podium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with customer calls and messages from various platforms throughout the day. We're able to book more calls and talk to more customers.
