What do you like best about Pocket HRMS?

Pocket HRMS provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for both HR teams and employees to navigate. We regularly use payroll processing, attendance management with biometric integration, leave management, the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal, and expense claims. These features have significantly reduced manual work and improved overall efficiency. The system performs reliably even during payroll processing, and the onboarding experience was smooth with a responsive support team that quickly resolved our queries. The AI-powered chatbot (smHRty) is also a useful addition, allowing employees to access HR information without contacting the HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pocket HRMS?

While the overall experience has been positive, some reports could offer more customization, and occasional delays in attendance synchronization can occur depending on the biometric device or network. Integration with biometric attendance devices has eliminated manual attendance entries, reducing errors and saving valuable time each month. The ESS portal empowers employees to manage leave requests, download payslips, and update their information independently, reducing the HR team's workload.
