I use PMI for certification in project management, and their literature, resources, and hands-on tools and templates are incredibly useful for our PMO. PMI helps us ensure standards are in place across all PMs in our organization, leading to project management synergy, and has eliminated issues we faced with a less structured PM practice in the past. Their PMP certification is something we value highly, as it ensures project managers can share effective practices within the organization. The literature and tools available through PMI membership are regular staples in our organization. PMI provides the gold standard for project management, and their library of templates like risk registers, RACI charts, and GANTT tools are particularly impactful.
