What do you like best about PMaps?

They have a very friendly and supportive team who are always approachable and quick to help whenever required. The user interface is simple, clean, and easy to understand, which makes navigation smooth even for first-time users. The platform works well for our internal assessments and allows customization as per our hiring needs. What do you dislike about PMaps?

At times, it is not easy for recruiters to communicate test results to candidates, especially when they have not cleared the assessment. Currently, reports need to be downloaded and shared manually. If there were an option to automatically send reports directly to candidates, it would significantly reduce manual effort and make the process more efficient. What problems is PMaps solving and how is that benefiting you?

PMaps helps us streamline our hiring process by providing structured and standardized assessments. It solves the problem of subjective shortlisting by giving data-driven insights into candidates’ aptitude, behavior, and job fit. This helps us make more confident and unbiased hiring decisions.

It is especially beneficial for bulk hiring and internal assessments, as it saves time in screening and reduces dependency on multiple interview rounds. The customization option also allows us to align assessments with specific role requirements.
