I really like how Pluspoint syncs our Apple listings in bulk, which means no more manual updates for each location. It's great that we finally show up correctly across Maps, Siri, and Safari. It's really helpful for managing our optical stores during the holidays as I can set the hours like Rosh Hashanah once, and it updates to all listings. I think Pluspoint's reporting could use some improvements. It would be helpful if the reports could compare branches side by side instead of having to export data and manage it in Excel.
