Pluspoint gives us one place to manage reviews, listings and social posts for all of our clubs. Before each club was doing its own thing and there was no consistency. Now our head office can see everything and the club managers only need to check one dashboard. The review request feature has helped our ratings a lot. We have also noticed members mentioning that an AI assistant recommended us, so it seems to be helping with visibility. <em>With the Instagram integration, we can schedule posts for all club accounts at once, manage comments and DMs from one inbox, and track Instagram performance alongside our other channels.</em> Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
