I like that Pluralsight is an online library I can log into whenever I need to learn. I can choose sessions and learn at my own pace without waiting for a specific time or someone to teach me. It gives employees a way to develop and upgrade their skills, including new and advanced skills, whenever they have time. I find it hassle-free to access, and the initial setup was very easy.
