We use Plumm for the therapy services across our global offices. Plumm allows all employees to access mental health services - in some locations, Plumm provides a stop-gap between slower national health services or insurer wait times for mental health support, and in others, it is the primary mental health benefit on offer. Offering therapy in multiple languages is also a big benefit. <br><br>Recently we have also started to run webinars and speaker sessions with Plumm, highlight topics such as social media and mental health, which have been really well received.<br><br>While we do not use it, I understand Plumm has also expanded into the HRIS space, which is an exciting development.
