Once it's set up, everyone has an account, and sending rewards is as simple as entering their corporate email and the amount in US dollars. The process is efficient because it allows sending rewards ahead of time for specific dates, like employee birthdays, making it easy to schedule these gestures. We can also send one-off standalone rewards, which is great for recognizing competition winners within the business. As both an internal user and recipient, I've found the experience to be quick and reliable. Additionally, the setup process is very straightforward, which is a big plus for our standardized onboarding process. **What do you dislike about Xoxoday?** My only gripe would be maybe the range of options. You don't tend to see the option to have a temporary prepaid Mastercard or Visa card, for example, that you can spend on anything you have to choose from one of the retailers that's included in the option. But there's actually a lot to choose from there. It's perhaps an area for improvement that they could add, just a generic Mastercard that you can spin up and then spend on what you like or effectively withdraw the cash that way. **What problems is Xoxoday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xoxoday simplifies global rewards distribution, avoiding payroll complexities. It lets us send gifts converted to local currency, offering flexible retailer options. It's a single platform for sending US dollar gifts worldwide, making it more straightforward than dealing with various tax jurisdictions. ### 2. They should improve a lot to be honest. Most of the chat providers are far far advanced to be honest. Xoxoday has been the platform of choice for many corporate giants for enhancing their workforce effectiveness and loyalty potential. Xoxoday is a superb people happiness platform. Its scope has grown over the years to encompass not only rewards but also the whole experience around how performers feel about success and achievement. It's great to be on Xoxoday. **What do you dislike about Xoxoday?** Xoxoday has improved the user experience tremendously over the past few years. I think they should include a few more categories to their offerings. For example, many people love books. If I can buy books using my reward points, that'd be a great facility. They can include local experiences such as local sightseeing, local cuisine, or local heritage walks as experiences. This will enable people with time constraints to have a good time without spending too much time. For example, being in Pune, if they could include an end-to-end excursion to Mahabaleshwar, that would be great! Time-effective! Or book cafe experiences could also be a good choice. But overall, Xoxoday is a great people engagement platform. **What problems is Xoxoday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xoxoday is making the whole employee rewards, recognition, and incentive function amazingly simple, reliable, efficient, and effective. For my organization that has 350,000+ employees globally, Xoxoday has become a global partner in providing top-notch rewards and incentive solutions to its deserving and capable professionals, who demonstrate excellence in their work. Secondly, the wide range of brand partners across multiple categories, from shopping and dining to travel, makes it a one-stop destination for all gifting needs. Additionally, I've noticed regular deals and offers that make the platform even more rewarding to use, providing great value for money. The software was easy to use and offered a wide range of companies where the amount could be redeemed, including cash options like Paytm and Amazon Pay. For us, it stood out for its ease of use, the variety of options, and how self-explanatory it was. It was also fun for our team to receive their incentives on a monthly basis. **What do you dislike about Xoxoday?** What I disliked was the percentage charged for the cash option to redeem the vouchers. I would have preferred a fee of around 3%, but the platforms were charging 7%. However, Xoxo Days’ stance was that they simply facilitate the options, and it’s up to the partner companies to decide on the charges. **What problems is Xoxoday solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xoxo Day helps me access rewards in a modern way, with hundreds of options and an easy-to-use experience.
