What do you like best about Plum POS?

I find it very efficient for generating real-time reports. It’s easy to view everything live and pull the data you need. On top of that, the reporting system is excellent: you can review reports in detail from whatever perspective you want, and it all stays simple and straightforward to use. What do you dislike about Plum POS?

The initial setup time for the report can be quite time-consuming. I think the reporting side could be improved a bit to make the process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plum POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, I used to spend 5 to 6 hours a week on manual reporting. With Plum, I can create reports much more easily and manage inventory counts as well. Now I’m also able to build a custom dashboard and KPIs for the manager. I can monitor labor costs too by connecting scheduling and time-clock data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
