I rely on Plotto to craft relatable storylines using its plot databases and character modules, which help me build customer testimonials, sales case studies, and social copy for our business. I really value the structured plot-element combination tool; it lets me create distinct story arcs and avoid generic marketing phrasing. I appreciate that character modules allow me to tweak them to reflect real small-business client perspectives, helping me mirror the mindset of local Florida small-business owners in testimonials. What do you dislike about Plotto?

I find that Plotto lacks pre-built templates for B2B commercial-equipment use cases, which makes it harder to get started. The AI storytelling can sometimes produce overly dramatic dialogue, which doesn't fit well with our practical client testimonials. The bulk export feature feels clunky, making it slow to prepare multiple case-study drafts. I have to manually ensure that all drafts are stripped of any accidental client identifiers to maintain CCPA compliance, which could be more streamlined with built-in prompts.
