What do you like best about Plotto?

I really like how Plotto captures authentic video feedback from freelancers and client partners, allowing us to catch nuances such as hesitations, enthusiasm, and facial expressions that text-based surveys miss. Plotto turns feedback collection into a conversation, making people more thoughtful, honest, and engaged. The richer, more insightful data with higher completion rates is a significant advantage. The integration with HubSpot CRM is seamless, automatically logging video feedback to profiles without manual entry. The initial setup was smooth and intuitive, allowing our large team to start collecting feedback quickly. The ability to surface emotional cues at scale is especially valuable given the number of freelancer and client relationships we manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plotto?

Limited customization options. This is a recurring complaint in user reviews. One reviewer states bluntly: "There isn't much customization available for this tool so you won't have any freedom when using it. This means you cannot make adjustments depending on who you're speaking to (age, gender, country)". For a talent platform serving freelancers across multiple industries, geographies, and seniority levels, this lack of segmentation matters. I'd love to tailor the video request experience — branding, question flow, even the language of instructions — based on whether I'm speaking to a freelance data scientist in Berlin versus a client partner in Hamburg.
