What do you like best about Plotline?

I like how Plotline provides an in-app guide that helps users understand new features without needing to refer to external help articles. The integration with our backend makes it easy to test features based on the user ID, which is helpful for the QA team. I also appreciate the responsiveness when designing a campaign, as it easily adapts to all screen sizes. The control over campaigns and the analysis chart allow for quick user awareness without requiring significant frontend changes. What do you dislike about Plotline?

The time to get updated is a bit more when we enable a campaign for the user. It takes a bit of time to see the campaign. This is the only thing I feel needs a bit of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
