What do you like best about Plexia EMR?

I like that I can scan my documents, can memo other co-workers when I need help, there is my PathNet labs or booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plexia EMR?

Adjusting payment when you just billed a patient and give them their receipt then they change their mind wanting a different product. Going in to adjust then refund then add another amount is frustrating. Not that straightforward with Plexia. Not liking in the history of payment it shows I changed something 5 times. Scanning does not always end up properly. Sometimes it goes sideways and I have to rescan my documents again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plexia EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have an outstanding team you can call and they do help you over the phone or get back to you the next day. They memo you your ticket number and you can call in if you have not heard back. They are very good and always there when you need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
