As soon as I started building sites, I started connecting the tool to them and using it very often. At first I didn't understand it a bit, then I got into it and started to understand the customer journey. Where there were misunderstandings, the responsive support team helped a lot so there was an ease of implementation as well as ease of integration to my Search Console. **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Plerdy. It works perfectly for what I need, and its user-friendly interface made it easy to use right from the beginning. So far, it has only exceeded my expectations. **What problems is Plerdy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to have to use different plugins, google tables or looker studio to pull data together, buying plerdy solved the issue. ### 2. Tracking, analyzing and converting visitors into buyers is easy, especially with the included advanced AI technology. The heat map and video visitor recording are ingenious for recognizing and optimizing the effect of website content and structure. Popups with API integration, e.g. for my Zoho Campaigns, as well as the option of webhooks, are extremely helpful for lead generation and for integrating external programs. SEO is made absolutely easy with Plerdy and is very clearly laid out. Conversions are easy to do with funnels, split testing, and event tracking. A platform with a lot of valuable applications that replaces many isolated solutions. I was able to get this when it was on AppSumo. It is a very good tool, but I just didn't have the wherewithall to incorporate all the features and really digest the extensive setup and documentation. It also has some nice SEO tools, and even an AI reporting assistant. When you want to go deep on your site's performance, I recommend Plerdy. **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** In the early days (years ago) I noticed that sometimes, especially with video session tracking, my site speed would be slightly impacted. I haven't noticed this lately, though, so I'm thinking it has been improved over time. **What problems is Plerdy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Google Analytics doesn't give the depth of insight into user experience that Plerdy does - when you need to really understand what the blocking points in your funnel are, Plerdy is a great answer. ### 9.
