What do you like best about Pledge?

We use Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT as our primary fundraising database and online giving platform, and Pledge has been a great complement to our existing system. The integration between the two platforms helps us streamline our processes while providing donors with a smooth and user-friendly giving experience.

For organizations looking to expand their crowdfunding and digital fundraising capabilities, I would highly recommend considering Pledge. The platform is easy to navigate, offers a variety of giving and campaign options, and provides the flexibility to create engaging fundraising experiences for different initiatives and audiences.

From the donor perspective, the giving process is simple and accessible. From the organization’s perspective, having Pledge work alongside Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge NXT allows us to take advantage of additional fundraising tools while keeping our donor and gift information connected to our primary database.

Overall, Pledge has been a valuable addition to our fundraising efforts and a strong option for organizations looking for a flexible, donor-friendly crowdfunding solution. What do you dislike about Pledge?

What problems is Pledge solving and how is that benefiting you?

While Blackbaud Online Giving works well for our traditional online fundraising needs, it does have some limitations when it comes to crowdfunding and more dynamic campaign experiences. Pledge has been extremely helpful in filling that gap for us.

Pledge provides the flexibility and functionality we need to create more engaging crowdfunding campaigns while still complementing our existing Blackbaud environment. It allows us to offer donors a simple and user-friendly giving experience while giving our team additional tools to build campaigns around specific initiatives, events, and fundraising goals.
