What do you like best about Plazbot?

What I like most about Plazbot is its omnichannel integration capabilities. The platform allows you to centralize all customer service channels, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Webchat, Telegram, Instagram and SMS. Furthermore, its no-code chatbot creation module is extremely useful in automating customer interactions efficiently. What do you dislike about Plazbot?

It helps us eliminate the dissatisfaction gap between our company and our customers by automating messages, managing service agents and centralizing communication channels.
