What do you like best about PlayMetrics?

Playmetrics has been instrumental in enabling us to collect registration fees that were previously going uncollected. Despite the slight increase in system costs, it has proven to be a worthwhile investment by generating additional revenue for our organization. What do you dislike about PlayMetrics?

Compared to WhatsApp, which is solely focused on communication, Playmetrics may not be the absolute best communication app. Team managers often prefer to use group chat on WhatsApp or other primarily messaging apps. However, it is important not to allow that as the sole means of communication. Playmetrics does offer the group chat feature, which functions effectively, but it also provides numerous other features that parents need to become accustomed to and benefit from fully. What problems is PlayMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting registration fees and effectively communicating with our families have been greatly improved with the implementation of our new system. We have successfully collected approximately 25% more in registration fees compared to our previous methods.
