What do you like best about Playbook?

Working in different areas of day-to-day service-based industry for a startup like our's Dortoservices, we consistently need an automated, AI-driven software to help ascend and oversea our entire day to day workflow. This tool is crucial for documenting every decision made within our company. In this regard, Playbook has proven to be one of the most valuable and reliable tool for our daily operations. What do you dislike about Playbook?

All though Playbook is a software that helps us gather all our information in one place. However, I feel that the user interface for this tool could be improved. Additionally, there is no dedicated iOS application available for this software, which limits access across different type of devices. Currently, we can only use it through an online browser, which requires a stable internet connection. This means we are unable to access or collect information when the system is offline. What problems is Playbook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Playbook is a user-friendly software that even new employees can quickly understand and start benefiting from it. This tool has significantly helped us by eliminating most of the communication gaps that we used to experience before we had Playbook software.
