What do you like best about Plauti?

Plauti Deduplicate gives a lot of control over how duplicates are found and merged. I could set up scenarios and merge rules, work with different record types, and run deduplicate jobs on both same-object (Lead to Lead, Contact to Contact) and cross-object (Lead to Contact) records. Plauti Support was helpful when I needed guidance on a cross-object conversion problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plauti?

There was a learning curve at the start, and cross-object deduplication was less straightforward than same-object. Merge rules have limits in cross-object conversions, so to keep a Lead’s extra phone, mobile and website values when converting to a Contact I needed a custom Convert Plugin. Records with incomplete data also would not merge (same object merging), so I had to check the completeness of the historical data first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plauti solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used it in a Salesforce sandbox with dummy data as part of a work experience project, to test how it handles duplicate Leads and Contacts. It makes merging much easier than doing it by hand, and I wrote two step-by-step guides for Salesforce staff on same-object and cross-object deduplication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
