I like that PLAUD AI is really straightforward and easy to use. The speaker detection feature is great since it does a good job of detecting different voices and labeling them, even if there's a little mix-up with colleagues who have similar voices. It's not as open as I'd like; you have to use the app to connect with Plaud AI devices. There's no open access, even though it's encrypted, which I think could be an option. Also, controlling access on Plaud AI devices could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
