What do you like best about Platform9 Managed Kubernetes (PMK)?

I've tried several Kubernetes as a Service like AWS Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS) or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). These services are very good but they locked you in their cloud. If you have on premisses K8s, and/or in different clouds, you end up having to manage different ways to deploy and manage your Kubernetes Cluster. With Platform9 you forget all the hassle to install and maintain your different K8s clusters. Platform9 allows you to easily install a fully functional, production-grade, and on-premises cluster from scratch in less than 15 minutes. They also have specific integrations for AWS and Google, so you can have the resources provided by these cloud providers without being locked in. Currently, we have 6 clusters and zero maintenance. We can define roles to access specific resources on our cluster and each user is able to download your own Kubeconfig. The support is amazing, always helping me in the specific cases I had. What do you dislike about Platform9 Managed Kubernetes (PMK)?

Besides being powerful, I still missing some features very specific to my use case. One of these features is the ability to change the instance type on PF9 AWS installations using the control panel. Either way, I asked the support and they promptly did that internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
