What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

The best thing I like about this Planview AgilePlace platform is it provides strong project and portfolio management capabilities, which can help right from aligning our projects, resources, budgets and other forms of strategic objectives in a single ecosystem platform. I also like their portfolio visibility, resource capacity planning and prioritisation features and other executive-level reporting. Overall, this makes this platform's performance very efficient, and this platform gives our leadership a clear view of our investments and project health, risk and other resource utilisation across every cross functional teams in our organisation. What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

Though this platform is very much effective, there are certain complex learning curves involved, specifically for new users, the initial configuration and portfolio setup are a bit complex, and some advanced reporting or even customisation requirements may require additional expertise, which overall makes the onboarding and reporting experience bit of a hassle. This platform helps us right from prioritising initiatives based on its strategic values and also to balance our resource capacity against demand, which improves the overall portfolio visibility and makes better investment decisions. Instead of managing projects in disconnected spreadsheets and tools, we can have a centralised system which improves governance, forecasting, resource allocation and other executive reporting features.
