What do you like best about PlanSource?

I find PlanSource very easy to use and user-friendly. The billing capability for self-built plans is pretty amazing, as it helps us consolidate bills per location instead of getting separate bills from carriers. The customer service is great, which adds to the overall experience. I also appreciate the dependent verification feature, which ensures that only actual dependents of the employee are getting on the plan. Additionally, the initial setup of PlanSource was very easy. What do you dislike about PlanSource?

I think the communication piece for getting information out to employees could be improved. Right now, we are unable to send attachments, and when someone opens the email they receive, they have to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PlanSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

PlanSource helps us by consolidating billing per location, making it user-friendly. Its billing capability for self-built plans is amazing and it has great customer service.
