What do you like best about PlanSource?

The software itself is pretty good. You can do a lot with the product itself, but the best part for me is my support team. I have really knowledgeable people on the PlanSource side that I can throw ideas at, and together we can figure out a way to help make them work in the way that I need them to. What do you dislike about PlanSource?

I don't love the way the history shows within PlanSource. I also don't love the different types of events that are required when anything changes, specifically the Work Status Events you are required to create so that changes can occur such as FT to PT or PT to FT. It is very combersome andI don't think they work as well as they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PlanSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems that we have had were mainly when we changed carriers and had to wait for our EDI and API Files to be created. It actually took about 6 months after OE ended for all of our files to be put into place, which really made things tough on myself and my team because we had to transmit manual files until these were built. Our support team helped build the files needed which saved us a ton of time. Building manual files, and changes only files at that, is very time consuming. They offered to take that on for us since our files weren't in place, and they saved us a HUGE amount of time by completing that on our behalf. We did always review and make sure nothing was missed, but what a help that was while we waited on the EDI/API team to complete our files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
