I use Planning Center Calendar to help our congregation know about upcoming events. I like that it provides one central space to house all event info, which is accessible to everyone involved at our church and even those just interested. The clean look is also appealing. I particularly like the integration with other Planning Center products and the ability to embed the calendar directly on our website, which saves me from updating both the site and calendars separately. Connecting events to specific Planning Center groups is another feature I enjoy, as it provides quick access to information and involvement for our church members. The initial setup was very easy.
