The entire team is responsive, professional, and thorough in handling everything they do. The tools like Planet Stream, Planet Draft, Planet Sync, and Planet Summary are incredibly beneficial, providing immediate access to live testimony, fast AI-generated drafts, easy review of transcripts alongside audio, and quick identification of key testimonies. These features, along with their help with invoicing and communication, make them an invaluable partner.
