What do you like best about Plane?

I really appreciate the platform's clean interface, which makes it simple to add information. The customer support team is also very responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience. What do you like best about Plane?

The platform is easy to access and the customer service is outstanding. I appreciate being able to download a payment receipt that shows full details of the transfer, including key things like a UETR number, which is often hard to find in international transaction data. What do you dislike about Plane?

Nothing. It was easy and straightforward to use. Initially the transaction failed, but customer service were quick to respond and gave me assurances that my money was safe and provided guidance on why the transaction failed and what I should do to fix the problem (which was an error on my part). "Great Interface, Helpful Support with International Connectivity"
What do you like best about Plane?

I find Plane's customer support very helpful, and the user interface of the website is pretty easy to manage and deal with. The initial setup was also very easy and took me less than five minutes to enter all my details and have my bank account set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plane?

I had two small issues. One of them was regarding my bank account details; I didn't realize that I had entered them wrong because there was no confirmation. Also, I didn't receive any emails about the rejection of my payment on the first attempt, which is kind of annoying. So, I had to directly go to customer support to get help. Also, because I live in the UK, customer support doesn't work at all times for me, so I sort of have to wait for American hours to receive customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plane?

What I value most about Plane is how seamless, transparent, and user-friendly the entire experience is — especially for remote employees. The platform brings clarity and organization to what can often be a complicated part of international employment: payments, contracts, and compliance. Everything from viewing pay slips, understanding payment schedules, and managing documents is clearly laid out and easy to access.

I also appreciate how Plane emphasizes reliability and communication. Notifications about upcoming payments, clear breakdowns of each transaction, and the ability to track processing stages in real time give a strong sense of confidence and control. It helps reduce uncertainty and builds trust between the employee and the company.

Lastly, the design and interface feel modern and well-thought-out. It’s not just functional — it feels like it was built with the end user in mind. In short, what I like best about Plane is that it combines transparency, simplicity, and professionalism in a way that makes the entire payroll and employment process smooth and stress-free. What do you dislike about Plane?

Overall, I think Plane is a great platform, but one area that could be improved is the payment processing timelines. Sometimes, there’s a noticeable gap between the date payments are initiated and when the funds actually arrive in the bank account. While I understand that this can depend on banking networks and international transfers, it can still cause some uncertainty when trying to plan personal finances.

Another aspect that could be enhanced is real-time payment tracking or clearer status updates during the “processing” phase. Having more visibility into where the payment stands — for example, when it’s been sent, cleared, or pending bank confirmation — would make the experience even more reassuring.

What do you like best about Plane?

I like that Plane is fast in its operation, which is crucial when I make withdrawals from my trading account at Apex directly to my bank. I also appreciate that it serves as an efficient bridge between Apex and my bank account, especially being outside the United States. The ease with which I was able to set up Plane initially was remarkable, making it accessible and functional from the first use.
