**What do you like best about Plane?**

I like that Plane is a very intuitive platform, not requiring prior experience to be used, which makes management easier for any user. I love the interface and user experience, with a minimalist and clean design that provides access to all necessary information without visual clutter. Additionally, the ability to make small edits, such as updating email or phone number, without needing to involve the HR department, is very practical. I find it interesting that I receive email notifications, especially about payment scheduling, which are always accurate and help me plan. The platform is extremely simplified, assertive, and easy to use, without excessive complexity. It is one of the best platforms I have ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

In general, I really like the platform. I don't know if they send notifications to HR when there are approvals to be made. If not yet, I think it's interesting to implement.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plane solves the need to ask HR to schedule vacations, making it easy to make and check requests.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

What I like most about Plane is how easy it is to track my payments and see estimated payment dates in one place. It gives me clear visibility over when to expect my money, which helps me plan ahead. I also really appreciate that there are no fees, so I receive the full amount without deductions.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

One thing I don’t like about Plane is that sometimes the payment updates or status changes are not as clear or immediate as I would expect, which can create some uncertainty. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more detailed notifications or explanations when there are delays or changes in payment timing, so users can better understand what’s happening.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plane is solving the problem of lack of visibility and uncertainty around payments. It allows me to clearly track when I will get paid and how much to expect, which reduces stress and helps me manage my finances more effectively. By having everything in one place and without hidden fees, it also ensures transparency and makes the overall payment process more reliable and convenient for me.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I like the customer support. They're good with solving issues, and they make their payments quick. I've had conversations with customer support, and they're quick with responses and help me resolve my issues. As for the quick payments, I've never waited longer than a week for a payment, which is pretty good overall.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

One thing that could be improved was during the customer experience, there was, like, multiple people responding to the thread. So I understand, yeah, like, not everyone is working, like, the same time, and, like, people might pick up the ticket where someone else left off. But I would like it if it was one person. Just solving my ticket until it gets escalated to someone higher up.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Plane for payment processing. It bridges payments from multiple prop firms to me and my business efficiently. I like their quick customer support and fast payment processing, ensuring I don't wait more than a week for payments.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

I’ve had issues figuring out my role on the platform—for example, whether I’m an admin or not. I wish this were stated more clearly in my profile so it’s easy to confirm at a glance. Another drawback is the EOR payment frequency: it’s only once per month, and it has to be approved by the last day of the previous month. I hope Plane can improve the flexibility around this.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been using Plane mainly for our employees based in Mexico and Colombia, and so far it has handled everything well. Our employees are paid on time and in compliance with local laws. Whenever I’ve had questions about items on the paystub, I’ve received a quick response.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I like using Plane for payments as it acts as a reliable middleman between my employer and my bank account. It's great that I can submit and check my invoice history all in one place. The bank support is amazing, as I didn't expect my Palestinian bank account to be supported, but it is. It's also easy to switch bank accounts as I move countries. The straightforward and guided setup process made it easy and simple to get started.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

For my needs, I don't see anything that can be improved! A nitpick would be the mobile UI, it's usable, but can be a bit confusing when switching tabs. It took me some time to figure out how to switch tabs from the dashboard.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Plane for payments and invoices. It automates and ensures consistency in payments, letting me know my salary will arrive on time. I like the support for my bank and the ability to keep all my invoice history in one place.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I use Plane to receive my salary, and it has solved my salary problems. It makes it quite easy for me to get my salary from international companies in Ghana, Africa. Plane bridges the gap between Africa and the international market, making things seamless. I think your customer service is good. Each time I have issues and reach out, they assist me quickly and offer options for resolving my issues. The dashboard is quite simple to use and navigate, making it easy when I want to change my payment details or find specific information. Setting up my details like bank information was straightforward, making the process easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

Although their customer service is fast, maybe if they're able to respond within two, three, four minutes, it would be cool. The response time could be improved to be within three minutes.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plane solves my salary issues by making cross-border payments easy and bridging the gap between Africa and the international market. The process is seamless.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I really appreciate Plane's straightforward dashboard, which lets me easily see my payment status and history. The invoces and breakdowns are simple to understand, helping me track exactly what I'm earning. The dashboard gives me a clear overview of my payment status anytime, showing whether a payment is pending, processing, or completed, which makes planning my finances and avoiding uncertainty easier. From my perspective as an employee, Plane feels simpler to navigate compared to Deel, making it easier to track payments without having to go through many steps. The initial setup of Plane was relatively smooth, with guided steps taking me through entering details, signing documents, and completing onboarding tasks.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

Notifications could be better. It's would be helpful to have more proactive updates on payment statuses. It would be great to get notifications for example, when a payment is initiated, processing, or completed, instead of needing to manually log in to check.

I use Plane to manage my compensation, providing visibility and clarity around payments. The straightforward dashboard lets me see payment statuses and history easily, helping me avoid financial uncertainty and track earnings effectively.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I use Plane for getting payments from my employer in remote work. I like the ability to put all things related to work, payment, and contract logistics in one place, and I find it easy to use. What I liked the most is the easiness of signing contracts and the automatic filling of tax forms. It requires no extra work and is practical, which helps me focus more on the actual work rather than just organizing, filing, and managing work-related contracts. The setup itself was relatively straightforward without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

The ability to redo or to edit information after signing a contract. I had to request from my employer to remove me and add me again. It was relatively straightforward, no hassle, the only "tricky thing" was searching tutorials. Searching on Google led us to actual "planes" and not the program itself.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Plane to handle payments, contracts, and logistics all in one place effortlessly. It lets me focus on actual work since it simplifies signing contracts and filling tax forms without extra effort.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I like how Plane offers easy access and a very natural way to use it. I can just have it in my favorites, and everything is clear, making it easy to understand without any prior knowledge of the app. It doesn't take longer than five minutes to verify where everything is, whether I'm expecting a payment or requesting one. This clarity and accessibility are really valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

I think we could add, the possibility in my case I would have to request a payment additional to the payment that I was actually receiving. So just kind of disputing that part when you receive a payment, accept it in both sides because for example, I was expecting a certain amount and then I received the notification that I will be receiving less. Which I had to had communication with the person in which it was sending the payment. But, actually, it will be great if you can just dispute it right there when you receive it. Just like, hey. Okay. I'm sending this amount. Is that okay? And be okay in both sides.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Plane to receive payments, solving issues with international transactions and currency conversion. It makes it easy to see how much I'm receiving and when, which is highly important for me.

**What do you like best about Plane?**

I like the layout of Plane; it's very simple. It's my first time using Plane, and compared to other platforms, it's much more straightforward. I like that they requested my documents via Plane, and I could easily upload them into the system. I can see my letter, the amount I'm going to receive, and the payment period, all displayed very clearly. Everything is very clear and well explained, which I appreciate. The initial setup was very easy, just a link to upload the necessary documents, and that was it. I would rate Plane a 10 out of 10 and consider it my favorite tool so far.

**What do you dislike about Plane?**

It works pretty well. It's just the turnaround time for me to get the payment. It usually is processed in one day, but it takes up to seven days for me to receive it.

**What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Plane to keep track of my hours and process my payments, ensuring both are clearly understood. It maintains a healthy work relationship by providing a clear understanding of hours worked and payment amounts.
