I believe what I like most is the simplicity of the information in the user area on Plane's website and the excellent support and service. When I had problems with the Brazilian bank indicated to receive the amount, Plane gave me a quick response, made themselves available, and followed the entire process, even contacting to check the status of the refund. I didn't have this same support at my bank, while Plane served me perfectly. The setup was also easy: I just had to provide my personal data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
