I really enjoy the intuitive nature of Plane's UI. Anyone can pick it up and use it, especially if they have used other task tracking or wiki software before. The ease of use makes a huge difference for our team. We want something easy to learn and drop-in and drop-out of so they can focus on the actual tasks at hand in engine, not spending too much time organizing their work. Plane helps us keep track of who is doing what at any given time, and gives us a historical repository of work that was completed per sprint. The initial setup was super easy, we were up and running within a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's funny, any time you use a tool like Plane, you realize there were small quality of life fixes that are available in other software out there. Plane has done a great job of implementing areas that the software may be lacking but there are still some edge cases where they could help when it comes to bulk editing and tracking open versus closed tasks.
