What do you like best about Planado?

We’ve been using Planado for 8 months now, and are generally content with the functionality it provides. Scheduling and assigning tasks for deliverymen has become so much easier now, and what’s most important, this enabled us to speed up delivery times by 30%! The dispatcher interface and the mobile app are quite convenient and easy to use. Also, our CEO was happy to have all the stats on performance at hand that Excel sheets couldn’t provide earlier. What do you dislike about Planado?

It took us a bit longer than we expected to integrate Planado with our custom order management system, but, afaik, they have now introduced integrations via Zapier that might solve these issues for most common tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planado solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a convenient app to manage our delivery services since we have increased our staff recently and some logistics issues started to occur. So we needed a solution to be able to quickly build routes, assign tasks and monitor delivery. Another important thing, it had to integrate easily with our internal order management system. Planado turned out to be a good choice, the performance of our deliverymen has improved, and it’s now a lot easier for us to monitor and communicate with them.
