Planable is a very user-friendly program for planning social media posts for several different companies. The program is well organized and intuitive to use. I especially like the option to generate hashtags based on the text I’ve written. It also doesn’t seem to have any problems handling multiple photos and videos, even when I schedule several posts across our different companies.
I haven’t needed customer support yet, but the automated introductory training was clear and easy to follow. The integrations work really well with our social media accounts overall; we only ran into a difficulty once when integrating one of our LinkedIn accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Planable is currently used by two colleges. My college has the main access rights, and I’ve been added as a second user. Overall, it works fine, but we still haven’t been able to figure out whether it’s possible for me to get full user rights as well. For example, when the main user was on vacation, one of the posts hadn’t been approved yet (she forgot), and I couldn’t resolve that from my account. It would be helpful if these permission options were easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Beau, thank you! "Well organised and intuitive" is exactly what we aim for when you're juggling several companies at once. 🤩 On the access rights: roles and permissions can be set per user and per workspace, so there may be more available to you than you have today — this article covers what's possible: https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/22072063868444-User-permissions. If your colleague can't grant what you need from their side, reach out to support@planable.io, and they will happily help sort it out.
