The invoicing is much more efficient for our team having Place integrated with Salesforce. Place integration was a long process but the team assisted in every step along the way and continue to be availalbe as needed, finding solutions for problems that arise. Like many tools integrated with Salesforce, there are limitations and the need for customization takes time. There's been an increase in education, but it's not always easy to understand how the system works on the back end. I don't always know if an automation or validation rule will cause a problem with Place functionality. On the upside, the CS team is always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
