​My biggest frustration is the Ease of Integration. Getting Pixflux.AI to cleanly talk to some of our legacy CRM and financial systems was a much bigger lift than we anticipated. It required significant help from our internal IT department, which slowed down the initial rollout. Secondly, the Customer Support has been a bit hit-or-miss; while they are very knowledgeable when you finally reach them, the initial response times can be slow when you're dealing with a mission-critical issue.
