Overall, Pitchbox is a great outreach and relationship management tool. **What do you dislike about Pitchbox?** 1. Though Pitchbox is a great tool, the contact suggestion is very bad and spammy. I personally don't use the feature. 2. The response rate shown for each campaign includes OOO messages, which makes the metrics less usable. It has a lot of many options, initially its a bit difficult to understand all options. You need to invest some time learning it **What problems is Pitchbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using it for multiple outreach campaigns and it really improves my efficiency and saves my time. I don't have to remember my followups, it took on its own I can check my campaign status from its pipeline and fine tune it, also can check the campaign performance reports ### 10. The separation of campaigns within Pitchbox is great for data analysis, which we have found to be fundamental to refining our approach as we have scaled up. The integration with third-party software such as Ahrefs, Majestic and SEMrush is also very important and valuable to the quality of work we can produce. **What do you dislike about Pitchbox?** Not a lot, on the whole. Being picky, I'd say that the provided reporting isn’t quite what we need (we export the data to use internally) and navigation between the different sections can be a little bit clunky at times. **What problems is Pitchbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Outreach is a big, time-consuming beast that requires patience and processes.
